Buitres leonados

El buitre leonado (Gyps fulvus) es una de las cuatro especies de aves necrófagas que viven en España. Cuenta con más de dos mil parejas reproductoras en la provincia de Guadalajara, y en la Sierra Norte se encuentran sus colonias de cría principalmente en paredes rocosas de naturaleza caliza.
